• Application/postmark deadline: December 5, 2025
• Fees: $20 Solo                $30 Small Ensemble (2-6)                $50 Large Ensemble (7-20)

• March 11, 12, and 13, 2026
• Wednesday 8 AM - 5 PM, Thursday 8 AM - 5 PM, Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
• Saginaw Valley State University
• Registration Opens:  October 1, 2024
• $140 per choir

• Application/postmark deadline: December 5, 2025

District Solo & Ensemble, District Choral Festival

Payment can be made by:

• Credit card on the scheduling website or by calling 231-592-9344

• School, booster, or director’s personal check payable to MSVMA

• Purchase order submitted by the postmark deadline
  
  

Your events will not be scheduled unless we receive your payment or PO postmarked by the deadline. If the PO payment has not been received by the first day of the festival, your events will not perform. 

Payment should be mailed to the address below. Fees are non-refundable. Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee. Failure to meet established district deadlines will result in your events not being scheduled or a late registration fee of $50 per event fee for choir festival and $20 per event fee for solo & ensemble festival.

District Solo & Ensemble Festival and Choral Festival medals will be available for purchase for $5 at the Festival for students who receive final determinations of Excellent (I) or Good (II).
