Member schools have the opportunity to bring a clinician/consultant into their classrooms to work with students and directors. Clinician/Consultants must be selected from the list below. MSVMA will reimburse schools up to $200 of the costs incurred by participating in this program. Reimbursement may be requested by completing the Clinician Consultant Form. Please send reimbursement forms with copy of payment checks to Director of Operations Debra Jacks, at debrajacks@msvma.org

Forms must be received by the State Office by June 1.
