DISTRICT S&E, DISTRICT CHORAL FESTIVAL 

Payment can be made by:

• School, booster, or director’s personal check payable to MSVMA

• Credit card on the scheduling website or by calling 231-592-9344

• Purchase order submitted by the postmark deadline
  
  

Your events will not be scheduled unless we receive your signed invoice with payment or PO postmarked by the deadline. If the PO payment has not been received by the first day of the festival, your events will not perform. 

Invoices and payment should be mailed to the address printed on the invoice. Fees are non-refundable. Returned checks are subject to a $15 fee. Late registration will be available with a $50/event fee for choral festival or a $20/event fee for S&E for seven days after the deadline but must be paid by credit card on the scheduling website.

Junior High/Middle School/High School Solo and Ensemble Festival

• January 14, 2023
• Saturday, 8 AM - 4 PM
• Alma College
• Registration opens:  November 3, 2022
• Application/postmark deadline: December 14, 2022
• Solos $20, Small Enemble $30, Large Ensemble $50
• To help keep festival costs as low as possible, it is District 5 policy that each participating school provide two half day workers (or one full day worker) to help with the event. Workers can be the directors, a responsible student, parent, or alumnus. It is imperative to keep our festivals running on time that each participating school helps out. 

Junior High/Middle School/High School Choral Festival

• March 6 & 7, 2023
• Monday 8 AM - 4 PM., Tuesday 8 AM - 4 PM
• Saginaw Valley State University
• Registration opens:  November 3, 2022
• Application/postmark deadline: February 6th, 2023
• Literature deadline: February 17, 2023
• $140 per choir
